Part One of a Five-part
series pattern

Spring's Splendor

Create your own version of our "Spring's Splendor" Village quilt using quick applique techniques! In this first installment of our 5-part web-only quilt pattern series, you'll construct the background for the Village --- clear skies, rolling hills and rich green grasslands. You'll even build the road that stretches through town.

As the village grows, you'll add houses, a church and meeting house that make up our little community, and we'll tell you all about the people who live here. To make sure you don't miss a thing, be sure to sign up for a letter from Emily. She'll alert you when Part Two of our Village pattern is available.

NOTE: Pattern drawings for each part of the five-part pattern are available in both HTML and Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Some assembly is required for both versions.

PLANNING
Tone-on-tone and small scale prints work well with this quaint village setting. Many of the pattern pieces are just the right size for using scraps you may already have. (Refer to the fabric guide for Benartex fabric identification  information.)
